my first Memory Lane Crewe book was so well received,
I decided the people of Crewe must have a curiosity
about the local past – especially a past in
pictures. Photographs of the town recall the way we
lived in the 19th and 20th century, the job of work
we did, the changing fashions, the games we played
and the pasttimes we enjoyed.
